Job Function:
- Integrate reliability, maintainability, survivability, human and other such factors into the total technical engineering effort to meet cost, schedule and technical performance objectives.
Skills:
- Experience with design and planning incorporation of innovative solutions into existing clients environment.
- Excellent verbal communications skills and professional demeanor for customer support role.
- In-Depth knowledge of Microsoft-Intel based platforms and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Translating customer needs into specific, well-written requirements to which systems and subsystems (subelements, pieces, software and hardware, control items, etc.) can be architected and designed. Requirements duties include understanding all external interfaces and ensuring the functional architecture correctly captures the need.
- Specific design of AD based on organizational needs and business layout.
- Creating delegation of administrative tasks on various levels of AD to scale the support level while maintaining security reliability.
- Provide monthly detailed web servers and clients web sites usage analysis and reporting.
- Applying best practices into maintaining a healthy operational server/application environment.
- Presentation of systems and applications project proposals to Client's decision making staff.
- Consulting on best practices for VMWare based virtual environment.
- Backup and recovery strategies for servers and applications including Exchange, SQL, IIS.
