Services - Network and Security Project Management

Job Function:

• Coordination of all Support and Architecture resources assigned to Client.
• Implementation planning and analysis for Network and Security projects.
• Staff, Resource and Timeline management for Network and Security projects.

Skills:

• Extensive project management experience for Network, Security and Telecom implementation projects.
• Good knowledge of Network and Security technologies with some previous hands-on experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
• Good knowledge of Client's existing Network and Security infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of Client's Operations Team structure and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and Analysis work with Client's Operations Managers and key staff to identify project scope, requirements and associated resources.
• Identification of key project tasks, milestones and deadlines.
• Identification of required resources.
• Risk analysis, identification, and planning.
• Project plan development in Microsoft Project.
• Project plan presentation and iterative alignment between Service Provider and Client's allocated resources.
• Weekly task assignment, progress monitoring, and issue tracking.
• Weekly status communication and regular reporting to Client's key stakeholders.
• Coordination and liaison with third party resources as required for specific projects.
• On-going risk mitigation.
• Post-project issue analysis and reporting.
